Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness and clarity for all our clients, we’ve outlined the following policy regarding cancellations and rescheduling of room hire bookings: Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy More than 2 days’ notice: You may reschedule your booking at no additional cost, subject to room availability. Less than 2 days’ notice: A rescheduling fee of 20% of the original booking cost will apply. Less than 24 hours’ notice: Rescheduling is not guaranteed and the card on file will be charged 80% of the original booking cost. 📌 Additional Notes All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email or our booking platform. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather, emergencies), we may offer flexible options at our discretion. If we need to cancel your booking for any reason, a full refund or priority rescheduling will be offered.
