Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated on 02/09/2025.

We at Elder Gods and Dragons are working to make our site accessible to people with disabilities.

What web accessibility is

An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.

Accessibility adjustments on this site

This site's contents have been adapted to work with assistive technologies, such as screen readers and keyboard use. As part of this effort, we have also:

  • Used the Accessibility Wizard to find and fix potential accessibility issues

  • Set the language of the site

  • Set the content order of the site’s pages

  • Defined clear heading structures on all of the site’s pages

  • Added alternative text to images

  • Implemented color combinations that meet the required color contrast

  • Reduced the use of motion on the site

  • Ensured all videos, audio, and files on the site are accessible

Venue Accessibility Statement

We are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all guests. While our venue has some physical limitations, we strive to accommodate diverse needs wherever possible.

Physical Access

The venue is accessible street level; however, there is a flight of stairs to reach two of the three private rooms. Unfortunately, there is no lift or ramp access at this time. Guests with mobility challenges are encouraged to contact us in advance so we can assist with entry and seating arrangements to the best of our ability.

Facilities

Two, gender neutral bathrooms are available on-site. Due to space constraints, they are not suitable for wheelchair users or those requiring additional assistance.

Lighting

The venue features an option of lighting. Either bright, white overhead lighting or a soft yellow hue. If you have specific lighting sensitivities, please let our staff know—we’ll do our best to adjust your seating accordingly.

Audio Sensory Considerations

For guests who are sensitive to sound, please let us know in advance as we will do our best to place you in a room with no tables adjacent. Support Our team is here to help. If you have any accessibility needs or questions before your visit, please reach out—we’re happy to assist and make your experience as comfortable as possible
