Refund Policy
Room Hire Refund Policy
To ensure fairness and clarity for all our clients, we’ve outlined the following policy regarding cancellations and rescheduling of room hire bookings:
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
More than 2 days’ notice: You may reschedule your booking at no additional cost, subject to room availability.
Less than 2 days’ notice: A rescheduling fee of 20% of the original booking cost will apply.
Less than 24 hours’ notice: Rescheduling is not guaranteed and the card on file will be charged 80% of the original booking cost.
Additional Notes
All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via email or our booking platform.
We may not be able to honour all room reschedules depending on if there are bookings behind you.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. extreme weather, emergencies), we may offer flexible options at our discretion.
If we need to cancel your booking for any reason, a full refund or priority rescheduling will be offered.
Events Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy
More than 2 days’ notice: You may cancel at no additional cost with ticket fee refunded.
Less than 2 days’ notice: A fee of 20% of the original event price will apply.
Less than 24 hours’ notice: A refund will not be available unless extenuating circumstances and at the discretion of the venue manager.
Credit
If you cannot make the event you have paid for and there is another Elder Gods and Dragons event you would like to attend we can hold the funds as credit. However, if you have given us less than 24 hours notice for the cancellation of an event, credit is at the discretion of the venue manager.
