The basics

This venue is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all guests. We do not tolerate discrimination or harassment based on:

  • Race, ethnicity, or national origin

  • Age (except where legally required, e.g. alcohol service).

  • Gender or gender identity

  • Sexual orientation

  • Disability

  • Religion or belief

Any patron engaging in discriminatory or abusive behaviour may be asked to leave the premises.

2. Entry and Conduct
Entry may be refused or revoked for reasons including:
Aggressive, disruptive, or unsafe behaviour. Breach of venue policies (e.g. dress code, smoking rules). Refusal to comply with staff instructions. These decisions will be made without prejudice and in accordance with anti-discrimination laws.

3. Privacy and Safety
CCTV may be in use for security purposes.
Personal information collected (e.g. for bookings or ID checks) will be handled in accordance with privacy laws.

4. Venue Rights Management reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. By entering the venue, patrons agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

Venue Dress Code

To ensure the comfort, safety, and atmosphere of our space, we kindly ask guests to wear sensible footwear that you are comfortable walking in.

For your safety and ease of movement, we ask that guests avoid:

Bare feet or beachwear.

Slippers or excessively worn shoes.

High heels if you are not comfortable walking in, as they may pose a risk on stairs.

 

Costumes, themed outfits, and elegant flair are welcome—just keep it respectful and safe. Management reserves the right to refuse entry based on attire that may be deemed inappropriate or unsafe.
